Chastity currently lives in Richland, WA. and is a mother, licensed Massage Therapist and experienced Yoga and Meditation Teacher. Her highest priority is family and she and her husband both delight in their daily adventures with their son. She works freelance style with clients offering them a full spectrum toolkit to alleviating pain in their bodies, stress in their minds and reconnecting to love in their hearts. She teaches local adult and children yoga classes. Chastity believes we all have the capacity to heal ourselves and she gracefully dedicates her life to learning and experiencing all the ancient practices and natural modalities to do so and share with the world.
Kass currently lives in Yakima, WA and finished her first book, Care Your Way to Clarity. At any given time, you will find her traveling the world, immersing herself in foreign cultures, teaching yoga, skydiving, eating exotic foods, and chasing musical experiences across the globe. Most importantly, she is always living in the present moment. Kass believes life is an endless adventure of self-discovery and personal evolution and lives to help others navigate the path towards self-actualization.
The physical poses or asanas that synchronize movement and breath to attain balance in the body and mind. From the Sanskrit word, Vinyasa is "to place in a special way," Vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a fluid moving meditation experience.
The subtle energy experience. Kundalini yoga incorporates mantras and meditation along with physical movements known as "Kriyas" or "actions". A Kriya has a certain focus, like a mental benefit such as eliminating anger or cultivating intuition. Awakening the coiled energy of Kundalini that is latent at the base of the spine and rise it up through the chakras is the goal.
