Service Description

One of the biggest obstacles to improving muscle strength and increasing athletic performance is muscle recovery! Stretching is among the best recovery techniques for athletes because it improves the flow of blood to the muscles being stretched. Greater circulation allows muscles to receive the nutrients they need. Static and dynamic stretching also improves range of motion. Massage alleviates tense muscles, studies have shown athletes who receive regular massage treatments (or learn a few techniques they can do themselves!) have lower levels of cytokines, a compound that causes inflammation. Proper nutrition and hydration, adequate sleep and spacing out your routine are other powerful ways an athlete can sustain their passion of high performance.
