Inner Child meditation and Soundbath

Service Description

In this soothing meditation you will be guided to take a walk into the heart of your imagination and meet with your innocent inner child. Here you will experience clarity, ease and unconditional love. Nobody possesses the power to heal your inner child but you. This is a powerful way to increase self compassion and improve our relationships with others. Following the visualization you will bathe in the sounds of sacred instruments including gongs, chimes, and crystal singing bowls.

Cancellation Policy

Policy: 24 hr. notice to cancel or reschedule. Please call or text 206-380-8424 to reschedule in the event that you are unable to make it to your appointment. There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price and 100% fee for no-shows. When you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24 hour notice, we are often unable to fill that time. This is a huge inconvenience for our other clients who are waitlisted to get on the schedule as well as to our therapist. Thank you for your understanding.
