Service Description

Prenatal Yoga is an ideal low impact fitness routine to start when you are expecting. Starting as soon as you feel the energy to practice, usually towards the end of the first trimester. Classes are Beginner friendly, designed for your specific needs and offer a sweet bonding time for you and your growing baby. We will go over the "what you Can do" and the safe ways to stretch release tension. Every class will include pelvic floor toning techniques, affirmations, and breathing practices to support a smooth and conscious delivery.
