Service Description

Both somatic breathwork and sound baths provide an opportunity to disconnect from the external world, quiet the mind, and connect with your body and inner self. They offer a space for self-exploration, relaxation, and rejuvenation. The experiences can vary from person to person, and you may have unique sensations, emotions, or insights during these practices. The guidance of a skilled facilitator can help create a safe and supportive environment for your journey of self-discovery and well-being.

Cancellation Policy

Policy: 24 hr. notice to cancel or reschedule. Please call or text 206-380-8424 to reschedule in the event that you are unable to make it to your appointment. There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price and 100% fee for no-shows. When you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24 hour notice, we are often unable to fill that time. This is a huge inconvenience for our other clients who are waitlisted to get on the schedule as well as to our therapist. Thank you for your understanding.
