Looking for a deeper connection with yoga? Yoga Integrate goes beyond the studio to bring meaningful guidance to daily living. Create CONSISTANCY in your practice by joining COMMUNITY in movement, meditation and lifestyle support 2 times a week in this four week series. Dive into philosophy & practices that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. Take Yoga from your mat into your life through breathwork and presence. Each week will include a 90 minute class from each instructor- Jaidana on Mondays, Chastity on Wednesdays. Open and strengthen your body, mind and heart and LIVE your Yoga!

Cancellation Policy
Policy: 24 hr. notice to cancel or reschedule. Please call or text 206-380-8424 to reschedule in the event that you are unable to make it to your appointment. There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price and 100% fee for no-shows. When you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24 hour notice, we are often unable to fill that time. This is a huge inconvenience for our other clients who are waitlisted to get on the schedule as well as to our therapist. Thank you for your understanding.
