Teaming up with TheMomWalkTriCities we are delighted to bring you a seasonal class in the beauty of nature and just for you, Mama! Whether you are pregnant, have an infant or the kids are all grown up. Let's move, breathe and connect! This class is meant for mamas in our community to support each other. Please bring your own yoga mat and beach towel (as often times, the grass is damp) and a waterbottle! Please arrive :10-15mins early to get settled and chat with other moms! We will meet under the tree with the bench in front of the river.
