Service Description
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist places cups on your skin to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, increased blood flow, lymph drainage, cellulite reduction, relaxation and well-being, and to enhance the deep-tissue massage experience. Cupping therapy might be trendy now, but it’s not new. It dates back to ancient Egyptian, Chinese, and Middle Eastern cultures. One of the oldest medical textbooks in the world, the Ebers Papyrus, describes how the ancient Egyptians used cupping therapy in 1,550 B.C.
Cancellation Policy
Policy: Welcome to my practice. -Please understand clearly that all massage therapy sessions are strictly professional. Any requests or behaviors that are deemed unethical will result in immediate termination of the session and will lead to contacting the authorities for solicitation. My priority is to maintain a safe and respectful environment to myself and all my clients. -A 24 hr. notice to cancel or reschedule. Please call or text 206-380-8424 to reschedule in the event that you are unable to make it to your appointment. -There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price and 100% fee for no-shows. When you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24 hour notice, we are often unable to fill that time. This is a huge inconvenience for our other clients who are waitlisted to get on the schedule as well as to our therapist. Thank you for your understanding.
