I will definitely be back again. It was nice to have an activity with other women going through the same season of pregnancy. It was very calm and while it was still a yoga class, there was no pressure to do everything exactly as instructed, instead to follow our body’s desires which I really liked.

Chastity is pure magic. I have taken many yoga classes from her, and have also participated in her sound baths and cacao ceremonies. She holds a very trusting space for others, full of love, acceptance and fun! She has a wealth of knowledge and continually educates herself to offer her students that extra touch of consideration. Chastity also welcomes feedback and will take them to heart in order to offer all she can to her community. I feel truly blessed to have been introduced to her offerings, and I would recommend anyone to join an event/class of hers.
