Join us for our Mindful MorningYoga sessions held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM at La Luna in Richland. Why Join Us? Starting a bi-weekly ritual of yoga can transform your physical and mental well-being. In today’s fast-paced world, taking time for yourself is essential. Our classes are designed to help you cultivate a sense of balance, reduce stress, and enhance your overall health. Class Features - Trauma-Informed Approach: Our classes prioritize a safe and inclusive environment. We are dedicated to creating a space where all participants feel comfortable and respected. Our trauma-informed practices ensure that everyone can participate at their own pace, honoring individual experiences and needs. - Expert Guidance: Classes are expertly guided by an award-winning teacher with extensive experience in yoga and wellness. With a deep understanding of both the physical and emotional aspects of yoga, your instructor will lead you through each session with care and compassion, ensuring you receive the attention you deserve. - Convenient One-Hour Sessions: Each class lasts for one hour, making it easy to fit into your busy schedule. We start and end promptly, allowing you to seamlessly integrate yoga into your morning routine without disrupting your day. What to Expect - Mindful Movement: Each session will incorporate flowing postures that connect breath and movement, helping you to cultivate mindfulness and presence. - Relaxation Techniques: We’ll also focus on breathwork, meditation, and relaxation techniques, empowering you to reduce stress and enhance your mental clarity. - Community Connection: Join a supportive community of individuals on similar wellness journeys, providing encouragement and camaraderie. Prepare for Class - Attire: Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow for movement. - Bring: A water bottle and your own yoga mat. Begin your journey towards a healthier, more balanced life with our classes.

Cancellation Policy

Class Essentials - Attire: Please wear comfortable workout clothes that allow for movement. - What to Bring - A water bottle - Your own yoga mat (mat rentals are available for $3) Provided Amenities - Mat cleaner - Blocks and bolsters Booking and Cancellation Policy - Reservations: Pre-registration is required for all classes. Please book your spot online to secure your participation. - Cancellation Notifications: - If there are fewer than 2 participants registered for a session, we will notify you via email and text about class cancellation. Your session credit will be issued back to your account in this case. - Cancellation Policy: - Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before the class to avoid losing your class credit. - No-Shows: If you do not attend and do not cancel in advance, your class credit will not be refunded. Class Credits - Credits will automatically be issued back to your account in the event of class cancellation due to low attendance or if you cancel outside the late cancellation window. - Punctuality: Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to allow time for settling in and preparing for class. Late arrivals will not be permitted to join the session to avoid disruptions. - Respect for Space and Community: We strive to create a welcoming and peaceful environment. Please respect the space and fellow practitioners by keeping noise to a minimum and adhering to our community guidelines. - Health and Safety: If you are feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of illness, we kindly ask you to refrain from attending class to ensure the safety of all participants. - Feedback: We value your experience and welcome any feedback you may have to help us improve our offerings.
