Safely empower your pregnancy journey with our Prenatal Yoga Group Classes. Designed to build community and provide a nurturing space for expectant mothers, our weekly classes offer a range of empowering techniques to help you prepare for labor, birth and beyond. Join our motherhood collective and feel seen, heard and celebrated, all while building strength and flexibility. Our classes are held in the classroom of Columbia Birth Center, using the Stevens street entrance. Class size is limited to 10 participants, so reserve your spot today.
