Service Enhancements

All add-ons are included in price of service, please consider booking a 90min or 2hr. session and noting which of the enhancements you fancy prior to the session.

Cupping

Cupping is an effective therapy used in conjunction with acupressure (no needles). A technique to reduce tension and painful trigger points, recover faster, reduce scar tissue and fascial adhesions. Cupping promotes mobility and range of motion.

This traditional medicine involves creating a suction force to pull stagnant blood and lymph fluid to the surface of the skin. Some temporary discoloration may occur at sites where illness or injury has resided but is not painful and promotes circulation and health to the area.

Paraffin Wax Dip

Paraffin Wax Dip is used to alleviate pain from fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and other joint mobility dysfunctions. It is a form of heat therapy the wax is warmed in a small tub to a low temperature and after dipping hands and feet they are wrapped up and covered for 10-15mins until wax has solidified and resembles a glove. Paraffin offers a skin softening, circulation increasing, and nurturing quality-perfect for overworked hands and feet.

Theragun Percussion

Percussion therapy involves using a massage tool (we use the best brand in the business, Theragun) that has a hi-speed motor that strikes muscle tissue, increasing blood flow for faster recovery, relieve cramps as it reverses lactic acid buildup and offers pain relief, improved range of motion and flexibility.

Exfoliation and Dry Brushing

Exfoliation Massage is the process of removing dead skin cells from the surface of your skin giving you an instant boost in color and oxygen=natural glow. Using both a dry brush (yours to keep) and an organic salt/sugar mixture we massage the body or specific area in invigorating circular strokes. Lymph fluid and blood circulation is enhanced and promotes detoxification and an overall brightening to your skins appearance. We close with deeply penetrating organic oils to rehydrate and moisturize.

KT Tape

KT tape provides support and pain relief before, during and after competitive sports, races, and daily living. KT Tape is an effective nonsurgical intervention method and accelerates recovery of injury.
