Service Description

Gathering for an acoustic sound journey that is designed to help you relax and reach deeper meditative states. We will use a collection of sacred instruments, such as kochi chimes, crystal quartz singing bowls, tingshas and gongs, to create a chamber of high frequency vibrations. Allowing a co regulation, mental clarity and overall feeling of ease and wellbeing. Please wear comfortable layered clothing and feel free to bring your own pillow and blanket so you can cocoon yourself into rejuvenation.
