Service Description
Our MotherBlessing SoundBath is a time to come together and acknowledge the major life transition that is unfolding. Honoring yourself and the other mothers to be! We come together bringing a personal item or offering such as a poem, art, or insight, a prayer, etc. for our alter. A short guided meditation along with a gentle breathing exercise and a few minutes of unwinding yoga poses will be offered to connect mind, body and heart. From there we will settle in to a restorative position and relax as the live sound bath begins. (;25mins or so long). After, we are invited to share our experience and chat about the item we brought and be in community with the other mothers.
