Tailored for your specific needs! Session can include breathwork, techniques from Swedish massage, acupressure, cupping, lymphatic drainage, assisted stretching, and therapeutic (deep) pressure for specific trigger points, myofascial release.

Cancellation Policy

Policy: 24 hr. notice to cancel or reschedule. Please call or text 206-380-8424 to reschedule in the event that you are unable to make it to your appointment. There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price and 100% fee for no-shows. When you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24 hour notice, we are often unable to fill that time. This is a huge inconvenience for our other clients who are waitlisted to get on the schedule as well as to our therapist. Thank you for your understanding.
